Raoul started his career in 1988 at Agnes B in Paris.
He then spent 5 years at the Pepe Jeans Group where he developed his marketing skills in the UK and across Europe.
In October 1993 he launched exposure, a business built on the power of network and relationships. Fifteen years later, exposure is a multi-disciplinary communications Agency, which employs over 150 individuals in London, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Remaining true to its heritage, one of the fundamental core Agency principles is "The Power of Network", and the business still works on this foundation today. exposure's belief is that brand advocacy and consumer influence are the most powerful communications tools available to any individual or organisation.
Since the inception of the Agency, Raoul's portfolio of fashion and lifestyle clients has included Boxfresh, Diesel Style Lab, The Ministry of Sound, Dazed & Confused, Tank Girl, Roc-A-Fella Records, Levi Strauss & Co., Agent Provocateur, Coca-Cola, Umbro, Hvana by Howie B, DKNY, Land Rover, Nobu, Soul II Soul, Edun, and Dr. Martens.
Marcel Engh began his media career in 1996 with EMI Records in New York.
He joined Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG) in Munich 1997, where he held various strategic and operational positions. 2001 he started as Director Business Development for Bertelsmann Corporate Strategy in New York and worked on several strategic initiatives such as Portfolio-, Innovation- and Synergy Management across Bertelsmann Business Units.
In 2005 he joined Sony BMG Europe in London. As Vice President Brand Entertainment and Business Development Marcel has been playing a driving role in strategising and implementing SBX.
Most recently campaigns have been activated for clients such as Samsung, PlayStation, Intel, Sony Electronics, Nokia and Tommy Hilfiger. He holds a PHD in Economics, publishes regularly on Entertainment and Brand Management, and is a frequent speaker and lecturer on the subject.
James has spent 6 years at exposure working on a number key domestic and pan european clients.
As Client Services Director of exposure, he specialises in integrated strategy and has worked on multi-layered campaigns for Nike, Red Bull, Sony and Disney among others. Prior to his current role James ran the Union department at exposure running through-the-line pan-European campaigns. James is currently responsible for the development of key existing clients and leading new business development within SBX. He is also part of the management team responsible for the account management and planning function within the business.
James has a BA (Hons) and is recently married
